| 1. God's empowering presence - We actively seek the Holy Spirit's direction and empowerment for daily life and ministry. 2. God's exalting worship - We express our love for God in ways that are lively and engage the heart, mind, soul, and body. 3. Spiritual disciplines - We provide training and resources to help people engage in the spiritual disciplines of prayer, Bible study, and evangelism. 4. Learning and growing in community - We encourage believers to grow in their walk with God and each other in a safe, affirming environment. 5. A commitment to loving and caring relationships - We seek to build loving, caring relationships within the church and community through small group meetings. 6. Servant leadership development - We seek to identify and develop teachable individuals whom God has called to various ministries. 7. An outward focus - We place a high priority on ministry OUTSIDE the four walls of the church building. 8. Stewardship and Generosity - We teach that we are blessed to be a blessing and that we will have to give an account for how we use our God-given resources. |
